If you are a New Mum that
wants to Strengthen Your Core
& Pelvic Floor
or
You want to get Back in Charge
of your body after having a baby.
It's time to bring some
Postnatal Harmony
into your life TODAY!
You are tired of……
Missing out on a class because you
don't have any childcare.
Feeling tired and unable to do what you
want to with your body.
Everything being about your baby and
having no time for YOU!
Being scared to cough or sneeze incase you leak!
No thanks!
Our online course gives you quick and easy lessons, to help build up your strength, in bitesized videos you can dip into whenever you want to.
It's time to take some time out for YOU.
Pilates is only for flexible, fit people.
Pilates is a great form of exercise suitable for any body shape, size or experience. It's gentle enough not to put your postnatal body under too much stress, but challenging enough to make a difference to how you look AND feel.
I'll need to find an hour to fit a class in.
Our course videos have been designed so if you don't have much time, you can dip into the course whenever you have a spare 5-10 minutes and do an exercise or two. But if you have a whole hour spare you can do a full session at once if you want to.
I'll have to have done Pilates before to be able to do the course.
The exercises in the course are suitable for complete beginners, and even if you have done pilates before or during your pregnancy, your body will need to build up gradually to gain the strength back.
You shouldn't exercise too soon after having a baby.
This one is actually correct, our course is only suitable after your baby is 6 weeks old (following a natural birth) or 12 weeks (following a C-section). Our expert guidance will make sure you are working at the correct level for you.
I'll need childcare to be able to do anything properly.
With the course being available 24/7 on your phone, tablet or laptop you can access the lessons at whatever time works for you. You can even have your baby next to you while you exercise if that's easier, so you don't have to sacrifice your workout.
When I had my baby, there were so few classes I could go to with her in tow that wasn't designed for her; Baby Yoga, Baby Sensory,
Baby sign-language etc.
I wanted something that was for me, that would
make me feel better in my new post-baby body.
That's when I knew I had to create a class to fill the gap and
Postnatal Harmony was born.
I created this course to teach new mums the safe way
to exercise following having had a baby.
Without the need for childcare or an hour free at a specific time.

Getting to know your new body
In week one we look at how your body has been affected and the best ways to look after your body following pregnancy. Followed by some gentle exercises.
Specially designed exercises & expert guidance
Each week for the rest of the course, you'll receive access to an hour's worth of pilates exercises, plus homework, broken up into individual videos of 5-10 minutes.
Every week your sessions are released,
so there's no overwhelm.
The sessions get gradually more challenging as you go on, building your strength and confidence, week by week.
I knew there wasn't enough guidance for new mums to know exactly what they should or shouldn't be doing exercise-wise following child-birth.
There also wasn't enough access to classes that you could attend with your baby.
So I put together a six-week course to take new mums safely through those first few months of rediscovering their bodies. Without putting themselves at risk.
It has been adapted and changed over the years
and now...
Postnatal Harmony is ONLINE!
So now it doesn't matter where you are based you can get the same training.
"The perfect way to start exercise after giving birth, especially to help being aware of what has happened to my stomach muscles and how to regain strength and balance. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who has given birth!" Nicola
"Great course that focussed on the mums. Perfect mix of challenging exercises and stretching/relief to tired and tight muscles." Zoe
"Fantastic for new mums who also want to try Pilates that haven’t before . Highly recommend, can’t wait to do more." Rebecca
"Post-natal exercise is extremely important however there are very little opportunities to do so whilst taking care of your baby. This class not only allows you to do this but also acts as an introduction back into fitness after giving birth. Emma is brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed it." Louise
Yes, This is perfect for you whether you have any Pilates experience or not as we take the exercises right back to basics to start gently with your post-baby body.
You will need a computer, tablet or phone to watch the videos. You will need space somewhere in your home where you can lay down on the floor and do some movements. A mat isn't a necessity, however it may make it a bit more comfortable to do the videos, especially if you have wooden flooring or tiles. There are a couple of (low cost) pieces equipment you will need to participate fully in the course, however most of the exercises can be done with things from around the home.
If you follow all the lessons and do the homework modules, you will 100% notice a difference in the way your body feels.
